Delmaine Grated Horseradish is made primarily from grated horseradish root and has the sharp, pungent flavour traditionally associated with horseradish. It can be served with beef and roast meats or mixed into sauces, gravies, dressings, cream or mayonnaise. The 200 g jar contains horseradish with vinegar, oil, seasoning and preserving ingredients.
