Delmaine Pitted Green Manzanilla Olives are green olives picked while unripe, giving them a firmer texture and sharper flavour than ripe black olives. They are pitted for convenience and can be used in salads, antipasto platters or filled with ingredients such as peppers, cheese or garlic. The 450 g jar contains green olives in a salted, acidified brine.
