95% less fat than cream, 98.5% fat free, Carnation Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk is made from low fat milk with approximately 60% of the water removed making it a concentrated milk that gives your cooking a creamy taste and texture. ideal for creating beef stroganoff, pasta and sweet desserts. 
As this is a concentrated milk product, the colour will be slightly darker than normal milk.
