Continental Salt Reduced Chicken Stock Powder is a concentrated stock powder used to prepare chicken stock or add savoury flavour directly to cooking. Continental recommends one teaspoon in 250 mL of hot water to make one cup of stock, and the powder can also be added to soups, casseroles, risottos, sauces and gravy. This product is the salt-reduced 120 g format.
